Orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmed and normally delivered in 2-3 business days. Our shipping partners are UPS, GLS, DHL and CTT Expresso. We do not charge any shipping costs for deliveries inside Europe. For outside Europe, please ask as for a personalized quote.

All our digital ball machines operates under a three year warranty. We provide immediate servicing assistance for all products delivered, and ongoing maintenance after warranty in case a event occurs.
Assistance may include phone or email clarifications, spare parts replacement or equipment verification at headquarters.

Returns can me made within 14 days after equipment purchase. Packaging should be as per original shipping and the equipment must be without any use and with orginal security seals.
Delivery costs back to our headquarters shall be supported by Customer.
